Honey JoysIntroduction
this recipe is from Australia.
Honey Joys are tasty little treats that are easy to make and even easier to eat They are good for parties and other fun events.Ingredients
1 tablespoon of butter
1/4 cup of sugar
1 tablespoon of honey
4 cups of corn flakes
before you begin
if you are not sure about any of the steps, ask an adult to help you. be careful around the stove-top and oven.Steps1. mix the butter, sugar and honey in a frying pan.
2. stir over low heat until the sugar is dissolved.
3. bring the mixture to a boil, then remove from heat.
4. put the corn flakes into a large bowl.
5. add in the honey mixture
6.stir the honey mixture gently into the corn flakes.
7.spoon the mixture into a greased baking tray and bake in a moderate oven for 15 mintues.
8. let the mixture cool, then cut it into squares with a knife and serve.
